I want to clean up and detail under the hood of my car. The car is silver and under the hood is an almost flat silver of a slightly different shade. Is this the same color silver without clearcoat or a different silver altogether?

Its the same silver, with out the effects of the sun, and probly covered in a thin film of oil/dirt.
