Hey guys, quick question. I've been looking around online and on multiple forums but can't seem to find an answer. I have a 2001 Mustang GT Bullitt and I want to swap my old wheel with an aftermarket one but don't want to lose my cruise control. Is it possible to relocate it on the wheel or somewhere else? Or do I need to just suck it up and deal with it? Haha any help is appreciated, thanks!

I haven't done it but in theory all you need to do is wire in three momentary switches in place of the OEM switches, just make sure you don't get any wires switched. worst case scenario if it doesn't work you're switching the steering wheel so you'd lose it anyways so why not try it

Where would these wires be located at? Inside the steering wheel or further back?

They all come up through the column.

Expose whatever wiring is in the wheel mounted switches, and as you begin taking the wheel apart and removing it just keep following them.
