theft light blinking rapidly

theft light blinking rapidly
I recently posted about a code P 1260 anti theft, car runs fine.
Clear code with stc tuner now light is blinking fast.
not sure son might have did the KAM reset , could this cause a problem?
My car is a 2004 mustang GT Tuner says for 2005 and new to turn key when he did the Kam reset. any thoughts on why light could be blinking fast after clearing the code? Car seems to be running fine Does the kam reset have to do with any anti theft code?
