On my 99GT I ran a BBK ORX (back in 2006). It was a dual piece design. On my 01GT I bought back in June I also purchased a BBK ORX which is the newer 3-piece design (with the long exhaust clamps).

Whether it was too long ago to remember correctly, I would say the older BBK was much nicer. The new one is OK, but I seem to have a slight exhaust leak at startup. The fitment isn't great, which I'm sure is leading to the leak. It sounds good, but pretty loud with my Flowmaster 40s. I don't drive it very much so it's not a huge concern, but I was driving it daily or more than once ever few weeks, I'd probably go with either an H-pipe or different mufflers to quiet it down some.

But I've had several people tell me how good it sounds. And when you get into it, well let's just say people know you're coming.

I'm still contemplating trying out an H-pipe just to see how it sounds on my vehicle. I've seen/heard plenty of H-pipes, but something about that raspy X just gets me every time. If I do get an H, it won't be from BBK.

Search youtube for a setup you think you may like. There are hundreds of videos showing exhaust comparison. It's all about preference really.

I have ran the UPR stainless x-pipe and the Pype's stainless h-pipe(for long tubes), both fit well and no leaks. Stainless was nice and the price was very reasonable.
