Slight rattle at low rpm
#2
Its hard to hear , but sounds like typical timing chain rattle. Does it do this even after the engine is completely warmed up? The timing chain tensioners are hydraulic and work off of engine oil pressure. While the engine is cold they sometimes take a bit to get fully pumped up. If it continues to do this after its warmed up , it may be time for a timing chain and some new chain guides.

I haven't checked but I'm fairly certain at this point that it's not a timing chain problem as the noise is not audible from outside the car near where the timing chain would be on the engine. It's only audible from inside the car at the top of the dash whereas the timing chain is located near the front of the engine. I will probably have to change the tensioners soon either way
