Default Build Cost

I'm just looking for a ballpark figure on how much its gonna cost to build my 2v. I want something streetable, but I wouldn't say a mild build. I'm thinking forged internals, maybe stage 3 270 duration cams, and I don't know if it would be best to just rework the stock heads and port and polish or get different ones. And then full bolt ones which I already have that can be reused. Would just have to get upgraded fuel system as far as that goes. Thanks for any input.

Do you mean how much for the parts, or parts and labor, or what?

Have you searched online for these parts?

I have looked online at different parts, and the cams and heads were just the start and kind of an example of what I'm going for. I'm just looking for a ballpark figure on what its gonna cost. Parts and labor, to have the motor built from the block.

Well, there are quite a few variables in cost for such a broad question. Cams/head/internals etc.... can be found in a wide price range. But to answer your question based on my own experience i'd give you a MINIMUM ball park number of 3.6k NOT INCLUDING LABOR
Ball park numbers:
cams: $600
cam springs: $300
forged internals: $1500
forged crank: $600
machined heads: $200
gaskets and misc.: $400

Oh and fuel system... add another 300for pump and 300 for injectors... almost forgot about that. just ball park for fuel system....
so your "ball park" total is now closer to $4500
