Sorry...wrong forum and you can't seem to delete

For some time now my 93 has hissed when turning the wheel. It's of course a power steering thing...rack/pump I don't know. This isn't a screech, just a pronounced hiss when turning left or right.

Now I've tried Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak which is thick red stuff. No luck. I flushed the system and put in all new ATF. That's where I'm at now. Got the same hiss, just a different day.

I've looked all over and read a lot of things but I'm not finding anyone who's fixed the problem. I've seen some people using some synthetic fluids. Anyone have specific product they are using that showed some improvement? Anyone had any luck with a rack change? Any particular rack that worked?

Just looking for any details or specifics that anyone can provide. Many, many thanks!
