Default need help with my 96 gt

Hi I have a 96 mustang gt convertible and recently it's been running very ruff. First of all the other day I was driving and my car is failing to go over 3k rpms in any gear so pretty much in first till 30 mph then lose all power. at this point I have no idea what it is changed fuel filter, fuel pump, air fillter, Mas air flow sensor, intake, new wires plugs and new coil packs. At this point I am lost I have no idea what to do anybody have any helpful ideas or know what might be wrong. Thanks.

I seen a similar situation in another thread...maybe your catylictic converters in your mid pipe are plugged?

Tripple check ur wires and in the right spot! Sounds like an ignition issue, my car does this from time to time if the coil packs get wet.
