Slider pins greased? Pads installed correctly? Do all calipers lock up or just one?

its possible that brake system was contaminated with oil? this will cause seals to swell and calipers and master to stick. just a thought

Are you bleeding both the master cylinder bleeders? Use a tube turned up on them to when bleeding to keep air out, works well. I believe you should close the front one first if i remember correctly.

To be honest with you sir...I don't no what the proper way is to bleed the system...first hydra boost vechile I've owned....I start and do the back right rear then back left...then front right then left....I don't no how to bleed mc...I took it to ford and they told me the abs modular is out...they told me I would have to replace that before they could even tell me what's wrong ?

It doesn't seem to matter what order you bleed the calipers up front, in the back i do the driver side first due to it having the longer length line after the rear slitter. However, you do need to bleed the MC first. Other wise you are pumping air back into the lines.

Jwog is right the hydro-boost unit no bleeding it lets are out in the PS tank.

I have never heard of a bad ABS unit doing this, but I don't know. Sounds like a ford scam. Anyone else heard of this? I don't even have power to my abs and it been fine for 4 years.
