passenger window not closing correctly
the passenger window does not form a good seal to the door frame when someone gets in my car the window is off the the side of the door frame instead of lining up with it looks like the window is going to far up i cant seem to figure out how to fix it any ideas

sounds like someone may have pushed down on your window without it being completly down, i cant think of anything other than opening taking door panel and everything off to see if the window slipped somewhere off the track, or there is a bend in some of the equipment

ya that or people open the door by grabbing the window i seem to have fixed it by opening the door up again this time i had a little more time than last time and did a better job at trying to fix it then let it stay in the frame for a day to make sure it sets in and it seems to have worked.

This seems to be a common occurrence in 99-04 Mustangs. Your passenger window has come unglued from the rear mount on the regulator. When this happens the window tilts forward and will not seal properly and will be 'rolled up to far'.
Remove your door panel and roll the window up and you will see what is happening. It is not hard to fix, you can just re-glue the window to the channel. In my case I replaced the rivet with a 1/4-20 and added a #10 screw. I made some drawing that might help (the drawing is for the drivers side, so just reverse it)
