Default 2002 GT Deluxe reliability

I am looking to buy a 2002 ford mustang GT deluxe. Price is 9000.

Body style: Convertible
Mileage: 75,179
Engine: 8 Cyl. 4.6L
Trans: 4-Speed Automatic

Stock: 7186
VIN: 1FAFP45X62F207646

This would be my primary / every day vehicle : Is this a reliable vehicle?

CarFax says 2 accidents : One in the rear and passenger side door. Both look to be repaired fine.

If well maintained it will be fine. These 2v motors last if taken care of.

The price on that car isn't to bad, I would still try for 8k, any pics? the Modular platforms can last an easy 150k plus miles without major repair as long as they were well maintained.
