Default 4.6 4v build (teksid block)

Hi, I just purchased a 98 cobra motor my friend had in his shop for years, he told me that he bought the motor from ford and tells me it was a dyno motor and was completely tore down and every part is inspected then they box up all the parts and sell the the crate.

I currently have a 98 gt with a 99pi motor, now i have this motor and am looking for ideas on where to go with this build. Thanks.

That is what I was thinking. But it has forged crank so all I would need is forged rods and pistolies. Then a balance? I just dont know what rods and pistons to go with?
