Default Bubbling, scratching sound?

Has anyone experienced a bubbling like sound from the front of a 4.6L 2v, I just can't seem to figure this out.

A video of the noise can be found at the url below.

I didn't listen to your video, but I associate a bubbling sound with either the power steering pump/fluid level or an overheating motor, with coolant boiling in the block.

Look for a crack on the front of your intake.

^^^^ Around where the upper radiator hose goes into the intake (thermostat area). Those were notorious for cracking until ford revised them. the 2002 and up style can be retrofitted on the older 96-2001 engines.

The revised style also cracks...perhaps less, but they still crack. There's still black plastic under the aluminum crossover.I replaced the manifold on my 04 a few years ago.
