When Coasting my feels like its being pulled back

In any gear my car seem to do fine at any speed/rpm. Then I let off at 2500 rpm it feels like something it pulling my car back. Then at 1500 it stops. This started happening right after I installed a plenum, throttle body, and intake. I think I tune might fix it. Don't have the $300 to buy a tuner at the moment.

My 04 has done that "release thing" at 1500rpm on a coast,from new.Above 1500rpm,I think that it's just normal engine braking.
