Question P0190 code help please

ok guys. this is my first post on here so go easy with the rookie lol. so this code p0190 code for the FRPS doesn't always pop up. I have long starts hot or cold. could sit a week and start up fine. or sit 10 minutes and long start. never know when it will happen. but the fuel rail pressure sensor is new. doesn't hesitate or run any different. runs great when it starts. does not die driving or idling. it just doesn't seem like typical fuel pump failure beins it only does it sometimes and runs normal once it fires. any info I can get will be great thanks
