Default Replacing Breaklines

Is there any special tools or specific procedure that i should go about replacing these? Im switching over to some steel braided lines, also what's the order that im supposed to bleed the brakes, is it closest to the master cylinder (driver side) or furthest (behind passenger)?

Bleed brakes from the farthest to closest to the master cylinder. Passenger side rear, driver side rear, passenger side front, driver side front.
