Welcome.
I don't think that there's an easy,quick,or inexpensive solution.
You should probably just buy a crankshaft kit,or have yours reworked by a machine shop.

Well where can I find a good crankshift rebuild kit? I don't wanna spend a million on rebuilding it, I would much rather buy the 04 cobra motor and tranny to swap if it gets too expensive

I'm no even sure if reman crank exists in the market place.I could be dating myself..In any case, you have a big job to correct that issue, basically a rebuild.Once you remove the crank, you get into "might as wells",such as a new oil pump, new clutch, and if your knock is related to a piston pin?, A Cobra transplant gets involved too-as it uses a different driveshaft, etc.
In any case,I hope that another forum member can offer a more optimistic opinion.

I'm not 100% sure its a bearing, its hard to notice but if you feather the throttle right around 2500rpms when you let off the gas it makes a slight knock

Sounds like a rod knock to me.Have a good mechanic give it as listen before you do anything.

I'd love too but I feel like that would be even more expensive

You might be better off getting a junk yard motor.

all depends, is this your daily driver? If you have the time and can do the work yourself, I put rod bearings in mine.

I used clevite Tri Metal. Still driving it2000 mustang rod bearing knock-picture-044.jpg
