Right Rear Brake Sticks

Default Right Rear Brake Sticks

Without the right rear brake caliper on, the rear wheels rotate just fine. With it on, they will rotate in reverse, but will lock when going forward. Why might this be?

Yes. When I try to put the caliper on it's tight.

How about the piston? Does it fully seat in the bore?

Yes,I'd try to reseat it with the proper tool,and evaluate how easily it moves.You might need another caliper..
Other than that, a possible problem with the parking brake?
