You can find lower mile used heads for $100.00 each sometime cheaper

I wouldn't mess with that, just my opinion, i'm sure someone could grind and polish that out, but again for $100.00 i just wouldn't do it

The combustion chamber damage looks fairly limited and should be able to be repaired. If the heads have had the intake and exhaust runners ported, it may be worth saving. It doesn't look like anyone did any combustion chamber work on the heads as it still has the swirl wall next to the intake valve. Most head porters will remove the wall when doing chamber work.

The intake and the exhaust runner were ported, idk how much it would cost to repair the heads though.
