Cam Cap and oil pressure

Cam Cap and oil pressure
I recently installed Pi heads on my 96 mustang gt from NPI(when i bought my care PI heads came with the car not installed and cam with their own cam caps). When the PI heads where installed and was installing the cam i noticed that the ports on the head and the caps i was given didn't match entirely as you notice in the pictures. On the NPI heads there is a pin that actually protrudes from the head and into the cap , but on the PI head it does not have a pin and is "cut back" . I just continued installing it anyways asked a couple;e friends they said it might not affect the car. I started it and had low oil pressure at idle but at 1k rpm the pressure was good enough for the dummy gauge to read good. I recently replaced every gasket from heads on up.
So here is my question, Does the cam caps hold enough oil pressure to cause a big drop?
If it does is there any way to say plug the hole or any work around (since i don't have the correct cam caps I am having a hell of a time finding someone who does for sale)?
Thank You

each cylinder head is built with matching caps from the factory, they cannot be swapped for caps from another head, and they must be installed in the original position on the head they came with, as they are machined together

Does the cap hold oil pressure. I know on the L/H side the front of the cam that cap has 3 bolts and more oil ports then the rest of the caps.

Some of the pi heads had the bridged cam caps, I believe it was the Windsor pi motors while the romeo had the individual caps.
