Default 02 4.6 N/A build help

I have been putting together a N/A build for my stang and was looking for some input on the matter. I have a list of what I have or I am planning to get below. if you have any suggestions that would be great. One this I am not sure about is if I should go 70mm or 75mm on my throttle body with this kind of a build.
-Thanks

sorry to say but with this setup you will actually loose low end power, the trick flow heads, while adding 90hp, only add it to the upper rpm range while at the same time taking hp and torque from the low end. i was looking at doing the same thing, but decided my money would be better spent on a supercharger, it gains hp and torque across the rpm range and has a very nice torque curve that is almost flat. it will also cost you much less to supercharge. 2nd the fuel rails will do nothing for performance as the stock rails will support up to 500 hp without issue.

here is my dyno sheet
stock engine with blower

and one for trick flow heads on a stock short block

as you can see the power gained is much greater with forced induction, that said, if you added boost to your build you will make great power. the trick flow heads shine under boost

If your staying NA change the list to 3.73 gears, skip the low profile elbow and get a 6010 elbow, TB will do nothing so pick whatever you want, go with the 38cc heads.

Do it right and you can be well over 400rwhp no problem on a NA beuild.

Just curious about the injectors. Why are you adding 24# injectors?
I agree with the gears. I have 3.73 and love them. And I hear the 4.10s are a beast as well. I drive long distance or I would have thought about the 4.10 more.

Definitely 4.10's. And honestly, I'd skip the intake manifold. The stock PI actually flows quite well and will support 500 hp (way more than you're going for anyway) no problem. I have yet to see a dyno chart for any one aftermarket manifold that performs better than the PI at less than 5,000 rpm.

With heads and cams, might be worth thinking about. Or with boost. Even then it's still debateable in most circumstances though.

How much do you feel like spending, and what sort of results are you expecting? Let us know those two things and maybe some more specific suggestions can be provided.
