Unhappy Mustang fuel hoses go where?

Hi guys!

I'm new here. I've been using the forum for help for a while but finally had a problem I couldn't solve with the search button. I have a new-to-me 99 pony that leaks gas. It's not through the regular fill hose grommet either so I got stumped!

I dropped the tank today and didn't see anything easily obvious except a nipple that goes nowhere, a Y that goes nowhere, and a hose from the vent area that goes nowhere. I think it's spraying out of one of these since it only leaks when I fill it up.

If I fill it only 3/4 of the way it works fine, no problemo!

And because

hehe!

Here's a pic of the blue nipple on the top of the tank that I think needs a hose attached to it and running somewhere.

There's also a black "Y" in the line going from these blue toppers back up under the car that you can't see. It has nothing attached to it either. That doesn't seem right.

And here's my mystery hose. Does it need to be tied to somewhere? Don't mind my dad's hairy arm haha.

Here's where it disappears up into the trunk and runs to the gas fill door area. (small one on the right).

Anyway, if anyone knows where these hoses go or if I need to go buy some more hose because a bunch is missing please reply. Thank you and happy Independence Day
