Fuel smell after motor swap
Hey guys I put a new motor in my 2001 vert. I put an MMR street mod long block. I love it. Has the trick flow heads (stock valve covers) and stage 2 cam.
Fired right up and I been. Driving it. I have a significant fuel smell or maybe exhaust smell in the cabin.
I didn't have the issue prior to. I have checked my lines and all are connected. No CELL.
I have long tube headers, no leak at the headers. Evap system? What is the most common evap issues that cause this? Any suggestions would be awesome.
Thanks!

I really appreciate it. I'm going to be getting started replacing the lines today. Im also going to see if there may be a leak in the h pipe where it connects to the headers. Just to be sure.

Update. Turns out I had 2 issues. 1. The drivers idea collector had an exhaustive leak at the joint. Apparently I didn't tighten the bolts enough. Easy fix.
Problem 2. The fuel line from the fuel rail to my nitrous solenoid had a small leak. So on acceleration the pressure pushed fuel out. Tightened that and used some line tape. No more smell.
Only took me a month to find it.
