Default Is this an after market crank pulley?

Just bought an 01 bullitt, pooped the hood and seen the pulley and asked the previous owner if it was aftermarket, he said it was stock. I didn't see any names on it. Any help or thoughts about it?

What makes you think it has or had an aftermarket fuel system, nothing under the hood is hacked up, or looks disturbed. I'm new to owning a mustang, Things that are done to the car:
Longtube headers, catted x-pipe, exhaust, intake, clutch, Bama tuner, short shifter, lowered, 410 gears,
Things that I found done that the previous owner didn't know, I think the guy bought the car with mods done to it. HID head lights, speed calibration box, and what looks like traction bars its a round bar that the coil springs sit on, car runs really strong.

that is an aftermarket crank trigger.....commonly used in stand alone fuel systems. I see no reason why anyone would install one just because. But I have seen stranger things done for no reason.

Looks like a Steeda under drive crank pulley (I have one) and steedas timing adjuster.

I've been fiddling with mustangs for a long long time. And this is something I've never seen before on a mod motor. Thank you

That could possibly be the OPs setup

That crank pulley was a almost a dead give away of being a old style Steeda, sure enough the other unit was too. It looks to be a nice tool if you KNOW what you are doing with the timing but only advances/retards the entire curve and not just partial.
