Default What 5spd transmissions will bolt to a Mach 1 engine?

Hey guys, title basically describes itself. I wanted to know if a T-45 5 speed transmission out of a 2000 GT would bolt to an 03-04 Mach 1 4.6 without any modification. I know the Machs came with a 5spd as well but I believe it was the T-R3650. I know their isn't much of a difference between the two, mainly synchros from what I've heard. But I'm not sure if the bellhousings are the same or not. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks guys!

Yes, T45 will bolt up and work. You can even retain your 11" clutch and flywheel setup from the 3650 (earlier T45 cars used a 10.5"). There are differences in the speed sensor though, the 2000 m/y T45 sensor will not be compatible. There is a way around this but I don't know the specifics well enough to tell you.

Awesome, thanks man. What do you mean retain the clutch and flywheel assembly from the 3650 though? Would I not be able to attach the T45s assembly to the 4v 4.6? Keep in mind I'm talking about pulling an auto Mach 1 4.6 and attaching it the the t-45 I already have in my GT.
