Default Ok gt fuel pump, dash lights and fog lights all quit.

I bought my 16yro son a 02 Gt. Bone stock except mufflers. Guy said he took a left hand turn and it just quit. I figured something simple so I purchased it. Throwing code P1235 fuel pump outta range. I tested the pump, fpdm, inertia switch and wire. No problem found. So just to be sure I also replaced everything. New pump, inertia switch, fpdm, ccrm and ECM. Still no pump. If I put power directly to it, pump fired right up. Load tested the wires between the ECM and FPDM, checked out fine. The dash lights and fog lights are out as well. Leads me to believe it may be a bad ground somewhere. I have checked the obvious ones in the trunk and by the ECM. Is there a possibility(I'm sure I am) I'm overlooking one and where could I find a diagram of there locations and wiring schematics. Haynes didn't help and I've found nothing online. It's not the PATS system. Please help, his birthday was March 1st and he still has a yard ornament. My ex wife is really on my *** and I've exceeded what I planned to spend by about $1,800. I bought mods before I had it running. I know I know, but I wanted him to have a nice ride. He's in high school with a bunch of well off kids who are all driving Mustangs and Camaros who are constantly giving the less fortunate kids crap and now days you can't just hit em in the mouth. Was trying to give him a way to hit em just in the ego. Anyhow, I desperately need some help cause I'm the one making him and myself look bad.

Did you check all the fuses? Under hood and under dash.

It sounds similar to a problem I had with a chevy venture, engine would crank, but no fuel and no spark no check engine/abs/oil lights on initial key on. It turned out that the fusible link between the 12v constant to the PCM was burnt.

Try and track down the pin out of the PCM and look for the constant 12 and test.

Some one on here may be able to help you get the pinout and diagram for the PCM.

Doubtful that it's the problem, but I would replace the fuel filter on any used Mustang, and especially one that just got a new fuel pump.

Ignore the well off kids and their rides.... a pointless, short term exercise in trying to match someone in something as foolish as "things". Just get better grades.

Yeah, I found 1 blown fuse. Replaced it, nothing. I did replace the filter as well. I have the pin out diagram and every other plug pin out. But can't find nothing telling me where they ground to. Even though there's a ground in the trunk by the fpdm I was told the fuel pump has a ground under the console. Not sure why because the ecm sends a ground signal to to make it come on. It has got to be a bad wire somewhere. And the fact that all 3 went at the same time. And I know, I've never been one to keep up with the Jones's. But when you've got a son who busts his butt to make good grades, never gets in trouble, is respectful as he is to others and tries as hard as he does to just fit in. Ill eat Ramen noodles 7 days a week if i got to to give him any advantage I can. High school sucks for some, you where either top of the food chain or food. Its worse now than it ever was in my day. I just cant let him be looked down on because of my choices in life.
