well on the new mustangs not to sure but C&l is good and mac is ok but get the one that goes into fenderwell i would say. i have heard some things about the ones that just hang out in the open like getting all fcked up and dirty but on k&n the dirt helps it flow better ????? just my opinion im no expert lol

I like my C&l set up. It comes with the mass air meter, the K&N filter with the heat sheild. And the ture flow tube. I had a B.B.K. cold air kit. That didn't make half the difference the C&L made.

I don't understand the c&amp;L system though. All the other intakes have a tube while this just uses the stock one. I don't see how that's really better, or do you have to bye the tube to the throttle body also to make it worth it?

I have a MAC induction on my 2003 GT and it works like a charm. There's a noticeable difference almost right away, and it wasn't too expensive (Under $100 for the whole kit shipped to my door). Getting the filter into the fenderwell is a b*tch, but other than that it's a breeze, it looks really cool (chromed out), and it makes a world of difference. I like the C&amp;L kit too, but I've had great experience with MAC and just thought I'd share my opinion.</P>
