Springs????
I'm wanting to put 18 inch cobra r's on my gt, I've been looking at springs, what else do i need to drop it correctly? Or will springs do it fine. The eibach springs say 1.2 to 1.5 inch drop.

Agree...I am a victim of a couple of sets of springs...I do run Eibachs currently, and they have been OK, but I totally screwed up, for I could have gotten the H&R for 100 bucks more.
As for shocks, I have tried them all, for I do eat them up (I set per year aprox). Koni is great, but I do have to go with Bilsteins....absolutely superb.
One awsome suspesion system was from JAMEX...I had those like 7 years ago in my 94 and the car handled like a GoKart.
Urethane bushings all around are great, but they destroyed the suspension in 2 years time.

How the hell did urethane bushings destroy your suspension?

When it comes to lowering your car, it all depends on WHY you are lowering it, and how rough of a ride you can tolerate. If you are lowering your car for looks, rather than performance, then that's what Eibach's are for, they are a softer lowering spring, not s**tty quality as someone made it out to be.

All these other brands are a much stiffer spring, whereas someone who races would prefer these hands down over Eibach's.
