Default Dyno tune, & gear installa

Once I have all my bolt-ons on my car I plan to go back to where I had it dynoed before. At this point I am going to get a custom Ford Chip, but I am curious to know if it would matter if I have my 4.10's installed before I have these dyno pulls?

Reason I am asking is because I am having the 4.10's install elsewhere, & wanted to save on some mileage. If my dyno #'s would be the same regardless of gearing, I'll get it dyno'd get my car to my buddies, so we can do the gear, & then DynoPro can send my info to Fordchip. That way I'll not be driving around w/a screw'd up speedo, & a lot of extra mileage waiting for my chip.

Also, about my clutch...I have the SPEC STAGE I, & Steeda Quadrant, firewall, & cable kit...should this be installed before I get my pulls? I figure the better clutch would enable me to put the power down better, but I want to know from those who know. Thanks in advance
