Default Resonator!!!

So I have just put two flowmaster mufflers on my car (original 40 series). It's on a 1996 GT automatic. They don't sound that great. I mean I hear an improvement but it sounds nothing like a mustang should. I was wondering if it could be because I didn't get my exaust done front to back which means i still have my resonators on. If anyone has any ideas on why it might not sound good please let me know. THX...

You need to get a new Hpipe. That will make a huge difference in the sound. O/R Hpipe will sound awesome with your cat-back. Catted will be a little quieter but will sound really good. Either way you wont be upset. You need to get rid of that stock Hpipe.

try swapping your midpipe out. Thatll really open that exhaust up.
