My Gt is running on Fully Synthetic oil at the moment, does anyone see a problem with this, or should i change it to 5w 30w? and if i do need to change it, can i just drain and replace or do i have to run on semi then go to normal oil?[&:]

Theres no reason that you can't run fossil oil in your engine but why would you want to?Synthetic costs more but it's been proven to protect against wear better than fossil oil.Less friction allows better fuel economy and more power to the wheels also.

It is possible nowadays to go back to fossil oil. Go into any Oil changing shop and they will have what you need. I don't think I would go back. I plan on switching to synthetic.

i know if you have been running natural oil and you want to switch to synthetic, you cant just get it changed and put synthetic in because the way each oil lubricates the seals is different so oil could leak into the combustion chamber
