Default S/C or STROKER

I recently raced a basically stock 02 gt and you can see in my sig what all I have done to my gt, well with out me spraying I allmost got beat by this guy and his was an outomatic.. now i am wondering if my car needs alittle work done to the engine before
I supercharge it since it does have 80,000 miles on it. now not to brag but i can drive my car damn good and he souldnt have had a prayer so what do you guys think about stroker kits and which is the best bang for buck brand out their to get. I have heard of a sean hyland kit and their is also a 5.1 stroker kit out also..What are some things to look for in a stoker kit ya know the goods and bads to look for. thanks

you do have a vert and those have a few hundred more pounds. race him again and it might not always be the same outcome. i dunno, i'd rather just get the supercharger though.

The only real advantage at this point to getting a stroker would be the forged bottom end, but you would need either alot more engine work, or the supercharger, to take any advantage from it.

If you did get the stroker, it would come (or should) with forged componets, so you could use more boost. However, to really make it worthwhile you are gonna need cams and ported heads, and something for the intake manifold would help as well.

I would say just get the supercharger. Anything you do after that will only help you along.

id get blown first just for fun. then you should rebuild your motor when you get the time/money. 125 shot isnt enough to keep you happy? damn.
