hes got alot of suspension and body work into it too. and stereo system. its got air ride. 
i can see it being pretty expensive but idk about 45k? unless he had all the work done. then i can see it being that much. and installing air ride onto it, i'd have it done too.. haha.

CAI (plenum, MAM, TB, Inlet pipe) - 400
pulleys -130
T/A - 110
gears + install + rebuild kit - 450
springs + install - 450
tires (two sets) - about 900
control amrs - FREE, my girl is the coolest!
Shocks/struts - 190
random shop fees (alignments, tire mountings and other services) - 400
replacing fan motor - 70
new EGR valve and sensor - 150
replaced a wheel - 160
window tint - 150
shifter handle - 40
shift boot - 30
pedals- 80
ss inserts - 20
new battery - I forget...
switches -40
new top - 500 (deductible, Damn you Ivan!)
$4970.00 ----> rough estimate
to come:
PI intake - 200
NX Dry kit + purge kit + bottle heater - 750
light bar - 200
2600 stall - 600
shift kit - 130
Transcooler - 65
DR's - 300
Grand total comes to: $7215.00 not including shop fees for installing the shift kit and convertor of course. And I would like to paint the car some day as well....

1000 for sound system.
200 springs, i think around 200 for install of springs.
250ish for security system.
100ish for chrome bumper inserts, shorty antenna, shift ****.
gonna put in another 500 or so after i work at my job over christmas break...soooa couple of thousand i guess...
