whats a good size tire for a 18x10 rim. is 275 going to look to small?

i know alot of people on here are getting between 295-315's on rims that big. maybe 275's would fit. im getting 315's on 17x10.5's

Is the 18x10 going on the rear? If it is, I say go 295/35/18

On 18 x 10 i have gone with 325 30
on 18 x 9 i have gone with 275 35

Get the 315`s, thats what im going with when my rims arrive. It`ll look awesome.

well, the reason i'm asking if 275 would be to small is because my friend has a set of 275/40/18 nitto 555 brand new he'll sell to me for $150. as far as the front i was thing 265. whats the width difference between 275 and 285, is it an inch every 10 numbers? i just don't have the money to get tires that are $200 a piece. if anyone knows a good cheap brand let me know. i've been searching everywhere. but i still haven't found a place with the size tire i want for a descent price. i'd like 285, or 295.
