5.4 HP & TQ?
how much Hp and torque sould i get out of my 5.4? its a 2000 (PI) 5.4, with CAI, Underdrive pulleys, MSD, 3.73's BBK O/R X, Flomaster cat back, the Heads on the 5.4 were Polished i took out all the imprefection in the intake/exhaust and i did a valve job on all the valves and seats. Gasket matched heads / intake minifold / Exhauset manifold, Ported TB(i think the 5.4 TBs are 70mm ) and intake plenum. i heard that i wont make a whole lot more hp then a PI 4.6 but i will have a lot more torque. so i fiqure that 270 HP 340TQ? dose this sould right?
What elss can i add that are bolt ons? and still keep int n/a. i know cams and LTs but what elss? i dont know if a 75mm tb will fit on the stock intake plenum.

i think i am going to install it around new years. then put a resistor in the coolant tepm sensor so it thinks its cooler so it dumps more fuel in to keep the A/F ratio in check. because it will be VERRY lean 18:1. then after 500 miles then ill take it to the dyno shop and tune it and see what i get.

you really should dyno tune it instead. that resistor is crap and you have no way of knowing if it how much more fuel you are actually getting.... could be too much or still not enough.
