with 75 shot you dont need any retarding of timing... with 100 shot you need to retard 2 degrees... with 125 shot you should retard 4 degrees.

rule of thumb we use is 75 shot 1 degree, 100 shot 2 degrees, and 125 shot 3 degrees. I just got through tuning and installing nitrous on a GT. Put the Zex kit with 125 shot. Ran a 12.5 @ 115+ and was spinning in 2nd. DONT FORGET COLDER PLUGS!!
