Default Dead Alarm

Ok guys after I took out my superchip I hooked my car back up the battery and it doesn't work at all. Doesnt beep or make flashing lights or anything. When I was trying to the superchip, it was hard as hell and I'm sure I shook some stuff around up there on the side panel. Is anything from an alarm connected to that or around there I may have disconected or do you think I fried the unit like a powersurge?
