Default My First Mod???

You're right, it's actually the meter. I'm used to referring to it as a MAF sensor as that was what the housing was called on my old TPI car.

CAI = Cold Air Induction

Crappy *** Induction

No, I believe that your cold air comes directly from the shaker. With the C&L or any other cold air setup, it takes it(cold air)from the fenderwell.

Remember, the shaker is cool but will be $$$$$$$$! By the time your done after all the cutting of the hood, the shaker, and other parts and installation, you're looking at about $1500. Not too far away from a Mach 1 if you got one instead of your GT.

Ok...after a bit more research I've decieded not to go the shaker route and I will recomend that no one else go that way either unless they are doing it mostly for the looks. If you are going for looks then the Banshee is by ffaaarrrr the best looking one I've found. They even make a cool looking hood to go with it with the hole already cut for the scoop and everything.

If anyone wants to know why they shouldn't get this if they are going for performance I would say you should read up on fluid dynamics. I read about 250 pages on it last night...all I can say is WOW!!! Great reading if your into that sort of stuff.
