Default Air flow sensor triggered CEL

okay today i was racing and then after words my car was idleing real low and turned off i found out it was the cold air intake which had came loose somehow? anyway the check engine light came on and now it wont go back off after i tighten it whats wrong?

it will take i think 4 warm up cycles (cold to hot 4 times)to turn it off but it will go off

just pull the pos. cable off for 30 sec it wil be gone!

Pull the cables off the battery, it'll still be stored even if you wait for it to go through 4 start-up cycles.

same thing happend to me, although i didnt notice for a few days why my car would shut off on me, the intake was totally off line, and every time i hit a bump my car would stall.. .. however my car still won't run right.. i have a 96 gt, that was made stick from auto, and the computer was never changed.. should it be??
