Default Mach 1 stock or not stock?

Could someone let me know if subframe connectors are stock? Mine has them, thought that was odd.

Oops, and also: when does the governor kick in? I was passing a car this morning (2-lane hwy), didn't look at the speed till I was about to cut back into the right lane just pass the car, and I hit 110mph. I thought it should have cut off before that.

I remember reading in a number of places that the subframe connnectors were stock. I believe it was part of the Mach's suspension/ stiffening upgrades over the GT that included Tokico shocks and something like .25" lowering.
