Default mustang tuning, huh!

i installed my new light bar last friday (looks great), but i had a question about the installation so i called their help line at 1:30pm friday and they called me back tuesday at 3:30pm. now that's customer satisfaction. good thing i figured out the installation myself or my car would have been torn apart for 5 days.[:@]

Me neither, but then again I have only ordered 2 things from them, a shift **** and a catback. I did however email them a question about some of their product and they emailed me back within 24 hours....

I've ordered rims from there it took 2 emails to get a tracking #... It came on time and really no problems, but I wouldn't say anything positive about thier customer service, haha...

I just ordered some wheels from them... at $719 they had better get here before this week is out, ordered them middle last week. On my last order with them I wasn't happy at all, but ordering from them is saving me money so I'm stuck back at them. [:@]

the more i read about them, the more issues i hear. i guess free shipping goes a long way to cover for other mistakes/poor customer service. i must say that my past dealing wasnt very pleasant, but wasnt enough to put me off completely.

I had to get the administration on this site to help me out with my problem with them. I was waiting around for 2 weeks and I still got no response. After the great people on this site helped me out it was resolved in minutes. It's all a matter of who you know.
