Default performance diff. in X+H

What advantages do each pipe offer under a 4.6?Iver heard H=more torque and X=more high range hp. Someone enlighten me.

you pretty much got the idea. the H pipe will give a more burbly rumbly muscle car sound, the X pipe will give it a cleaner, nascar like sound.
