Go with 3.73 or 4.10 - I wouldnt bother with 3.55

Get gears- then dont forget- youwill have to correct the speedo- that will easily eat up your 500

it took me a while to figure out what gears I want, in the end for daily driving I went with the 3.73's. it isnt a HUGE change soo they are still fine for driving to and from work everyday. go with the 3.73's you'll love them, and should pick up and easyyyy .3 tenths in the quarter! DAN just out of curriousity what do flows do for HP as compaired to magnaflow or any others? When I got mufflers I didnt even think of the HP gains, I bought them because of the sound, and I'm wondering what most mufflers actually do provide for HP thanks

the fms 90% of the time with the old shim are perfect..for me I just use them as the 1 of 3 shims you need to use with the other i'd have to pull out me dial and stuff. ;73 are good...the mil are like 35-40 bucks
150 gears
200 install
50 mil
400 total

i've heard many people say that gears will make your gas mileage worse (some say it'll make it better if u shift earlier, but who does that??), what about a full exhaust system-headers, x-pipe, cat-back? wouldn't that combo eat up your gas considerably?

You've got a big displacement (by today's standards at least) American V8. Why are you even mentioning gas milage?

I hear that! going from a 3:27 to 3:73 might lead to a few less mpg's but with a slight driving adjustment can be fixed....full exhaust might help mpg's all but you won't get 2-3 tenths faster with them
