Fuse box location for 96 mustang 4.6

hey guys I was wondering if you knew where the fuse box was for the cig lighter I wanna install Sirius radio thanks for the help

That fuse box should be located under the steering wheel and to the left. It is a rectangular box with a black cover. THe other fuse box is on the driver's side of the engine bay but, that is for the engine fuses.
