I really don't understand people. Nobody checks with the source anymore.

Pick up the phone, call Roush, get an engineer on the phone and find out exactly what needs to be done. Then give the engineer's phone number to the guys at the dealer.

Don't email, don't text, don't Tweet. Just call Roush.

IF YOU ARE REALLY THAT TIRED OF DRIVING A RENTAL CAR, YOU'D PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ROUSH.

Think about it. You can go to the dealer and say, "The guys on an internet forum say....." or "I just got off the phone with Joe Blow at Roush. He says the cluster is plug and play. Here's his direct phone number."

Are the s197 clusters a lot different when it comes to the removal/repair process?

I would not be surprised if the dealer was in the meantime joy driving the car.
