Default Non-PI Full Bolt On RWHP

I've got a guy on another forum telling me he's seen a non-pi full bolt on 2V putting down 260 rwhp...I'm not crazy in saying this isn't possible, right?

I can't see it, previous to the blower when I did the PI swap and FULL bolt-ons (except pulleys), I dynoed at 255! I can't see a non-pi getting those kinda numbers with just bolt-ons[sm=bs.gif]

well wouldnt a PI swap be considered a bolt-on? if it is then that is more than possible. im at 289 rwhp right now and my tuning is screwed up so i know i can get a few more ponies with the right tune.

Well, whether or not the swap is considered a bolt-on, this guy says that the bolt ons on the car (Not his, he's a pushrod man) were:
Quote:
full exhaust,
long tubes,
underdrive pulleys,
upper plenum,
TB,
MAS,
Tune,
I think the car that he witnessed putting down the 260 already had the PI swap.
