Default HP and top speed calculators...

I got ambitious this weekend and built a couple of HP, gearing, and speed related on line calculators...One (click here) allows you to determine how much horsepower is required to attain any speed between 10 and 200 MPH. You enter the vehicle weight, drag coefficient, frontal area, weight distribution (front %), and some wheel and tire information; and as you are entering the values it will "automagically" update a table showing the amount of horsepower needed to overcome rolling resistance, tire slippage (from from toe-in), and aerodynamic drag--and the total of all of these as the magic number needed to hit that speed. The default values for weight, Cd, frontal area, and weight distribution represent typical valuesfor a new-edge GT coupe; the rolling resistance factors are typical for well inflated tires on a smooth roadway--level ground is of course assumed. The second (click here) is a classic "how fast will I go in each gear" with different transmissions (currently onlythe T-45 and 3650), rear axle gears, and tire sizes. The twist is that there's a line graph representation provided, and a tabular listing for each gear. Please let me know of any suggestions and/or problems--I know that the tabular listings do not work with FireFox, this is really a FireFox problem although they and their supporters vehemently deny this. It does work with both IE and Opera...
