3.25 pulley too small?

thats absolutely incorrect, im running a 2.87 pulley and im only making 10 psi, i have a precision intercooler so i doubt 3.33 will make 11 psi
Yeah, but you have an intercooler and a less resrictive intake manifold which will drop your pressure readings. Either way, the 3.33 or 3.25 (whatever it is) will flow too much for a non-intercooled setup. Its intercooler time or Methanol injection time.

no just stick with the 3.25 and get an intercooler.

^ +1, if i was you i would stick with the smaller one and get an intercooler to compensate for the boost increase.
