You can just cancel your bid just go into the auction click on the bid list and at the bottom it should say cancel bid

sadly its not that easy, eBay prevents bid retractions so you have to finish the auction. I sent him a message stating that I've incurred an extra financial burden without warning and can not afford this purchase. I apologized deeply and said I'd rather settle this now than let the auction run out and me not pay him... because then we'd both get negative feedback and it wouldn't look good. From the seller standpoint you can cancel any bids on the item with no worries and he's got a day left. I also offered to reimburse him for a relisting fee (less than $10 for his item) if no one else bids and he needs to put it back online. I think its a fair deal and would give him an extra few days of ad time. Fingers crossed guys.

ah ha! a lil razzle dazzle and the bid was retracted because " I entered the wrong amount ". Problem solved, thanks guys.

My my, those are nice! Is that a replacement wheel? I've seen those online with the black wrapping on the outside. Was it hard to put on? Car looks sharp, too!
