120mph for me in the GT.....Feels unsafe in the car on stock equipment. I was waiting for the hoodscoop to fly off the car. 140mph in the Lightning (Blew my motor on this run). 39* weather and WOT into 4th gear is DISASTER for Lightnings. Fully built lower now...

Not quite....There is a Road that leads into the Chem Plant I work (about 5 miles long STRAIGHT as an ARROW with no access roads on it). I was running with a guy from work (Extreme) and I figured "since I have BUS LENGTHS on him...Might as well see what this truck can do". About 5 seconds into Fourth gear...BOOM!!!! Had a nice size hole in the block (1 litre size). On a side note, the guy called me and asked for 20 dollars...I asked why...he states "I gotta go to the car wash and get the oil off my truck" [8D][8D]

Lightning runs 12.8s with little mods and trapped a 106 ( I think...been awhile)

Haven't been too fast in the Mustang but, I got my 97 GST to 144 MPH. Hah.. I don't really feel the need to ever go that fast again.

I've hit 135 once in my stang... felt like I was floating... now I get my kicks tipping 110-115 then shut it down.

I think it was really scary in my truck when the speedo #'s stop at 85.... and my friend hit 90 and I passed him... really scary in a silverado 2500 lol
